Pho Hue Oi

Hue Oi was established in May 2011 in Garden Grove, California, and quickly became a popular destination for Orange County locals craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Within two years, Hue Oi outgrew its original Garden Grove location and relocated to its current site in Fountain Valley, California, in May 2013. Voted "Best Vietnamese" on the OC Hot List and named one of the "75 Best Places to Eat in Orange County" by the OC Register for consecutive years, Hue Oi has since expanded to Redondo Beach and Torrance, California, as Pho Hue Oi. Pho Hue Oi was Voted South Bay's Best Vietnamese Restaurant (The Beach Reporter and Daily Breeze) and was listed in the LA Times (Sunday Edition) as one of the Top 11 spots for Pho in Los Angeles. Most recently, Pho Hue Oi was voted "Best Vietnamese Restaurant" by Community Votes Torrance 2025 (Platinum Winner).
